Bonus Program

Loyalty Deserves Rewards...

Your continuous relationship with Complete Pharmacy Resources is greatly cherished and in order to demonstrate our appreciation, each year we provide the following employee Tenure Bonus program.

Just by working a minimum of 30 hours a week, here's what you will receive each year:

  • Year 1 = One dollar for every hour over 1500 up to 2300 hours, for a minimum bonus of $1500 and a maximum bonus of $2300 your first year of employment or first year that you qualify.
  • Year 2 = One dollar and Forty cents for every hour over 1500 up to 2300 hours, for a minimum bonus of $2100 and a maximum bonus of $3220 your second consecutive year of working a minimum of 1500 hours.
  • Year 3 = Two dollars for every hour over 1500 up to 2300 hours, for a minimum bonus of $3000 and a maximum bonus of $4600 your third consecutive year of working a minimum of 1500 hours.

Tenure Eligibility and Details
  • Employee must work at least 1500 hours during a one-year period that begins on the Employee's hire date or any anniversary of that hire date.
  • Bonus amount is tiered each year for a three (3) year period.
  • If employee doesn't work over 1500 hours in year two or three, the tier starts anew at year one.
  • Payment of the Tenure Bonus will be in the month following your anniversary date.
  • This payment is made as a bonus and is not vacation pay.
